Reports are the basic unit of information for this site. Reports are messages with a title, description and may contain optional geographic location, videos, pictures, links to other internet sites, etc.
Why would I need or want to create a report?
There are two main reasons: you may NEED HELP or maybe you are lucky enough to be able to OFFER HELP: these broad categories and the geographic location will help you connect to others and be helped or help. Cool and simple ain't it?
What do I need to create a report?
This site is open to the public: you do not need to create an account or anything to create a report.
